inner exploration, authentic embodiment and healing

Jessica Seymour, also known as Ashira Sōl, is a multidimensional artist, counselor and hypnotherapist. And over the years, she had created multiple websites for these multiple pursuits. The idea for this project was to create one cohesive website that made room for and celebrated all of these pursuits, parts and pleasures. We began by naming them. Musician. Hypnotist. Mother. Producer. Dreamer. Therapist. Sound Healer.

Then we zoomed out and looked for the “big idea”. What characteristics did all of these pursuits share? What were the commonalities between making her music and her work with clients? Creating space. For inner exploration. Authentic embodiment. And healing. YES.

Visually we wanted to create a sense of spaciousness and ease. The color palette included gold and cream tones, which served as a more neutral backdrop for the phenomenal photography she provided. The deep purple accent color and the display font were inspired by elements of her album art. Overall, we wanted to create a space where viewers would be able to see both Ashira’s artistic gifts as well as the potential she holds for helping others unlock their own artistic gifts.

“I feel very grateful to have found Maggie. She is an artist through and through and this is reflected in the care and detail she puts into her web design and brand development. Working with her was a fun and effortless process. I felt at ease from the moment we began working together. ”
